Die komplette Liste"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ein kleiner Rekord ist es, den das Big-For-Beratungsunternehmen EY (vormals Ernst &amp; Young) nun nach seiner Analyse der 160 Dax-, MDax und SDax-Konzerne und ihren Gleichstellungsbem\u00fchungen vermeldet &#8211; und trotzdem ist es ein Armutszeugnis. N\u00e4mlich gemessen daran, dass es das Ergebnis der Serbstverpflichtung der Unternehmen von vor \u00fcber 20 Jahren ist. In 52\u00a0 Prozent der Dax-Konzerne sitzt in der Vorstandsetagen jetzt wenigstens auch eine Vorst\u00e4ndin. So viele Frauen waren es noch nie in den Top-Etagen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>48 Prozent der Vorstandsetagen sind frauenfreie Zonen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doch die Kehrseite der Medaille &#8211; der Umkehrschlu\u00df &#8211; ist blamabel: 48 Prozent der 160 Unternehmen haben in all den Jahren keine Frauen in ihre Vorstandsetagen hinein gelassen. Oder auch nur ihre Vorst\u00e4nde um ein paar Stellen aufgestockt, um Frauen an Bord zu holen. Nicht einmal in rund 22 Jahren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Das Verh\u00e4ltnis Vorst\u00e4ndinnen zu Vorst\u00e4nden ist eins zu sieben. Von Gleichstellung also weit entfernt. &#8222;Dabei gibt es genug Managerinnen, die sich in F\u00fchrungspositionen behaupten k\u00f6nnen\u201c, urteilt Markus Heinen von EY, der die Studie verantwortet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>109 Frauen sind es insgesamt nur, die den Durchbruch nach oben geschafft haben &#8211; auch wenn es 17 mehr sind als 2021. Damit sind nur 15,5 Prozent der Vorst\u00e4nde aller Dax-Gesellschaften weiblich. Und nur sechs Prozent haben es in insgesamt neun Gesellschaften &#8211; von 160 insgesamt &#8211; bis auf den CEO-Posten gebracht: Und zwar bei Deutsche Wohnen, DIC Asset, Fresenius Medical Care, GFT Technologies, Merck, New Work, Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology, Suse, Thyssen Krupp.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Den h\u00f6chsten Frauenanteil im Vorstand haben die Dax-Konzerne mit 21 Prozent. Der MDax bringt es erst auf zw\u00f6lf Prozent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die wenigsten Vorst\u00e4ndinnen haben die Medien<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EY analysierte auch die Branchen: Die Konsumg\u00fcterbranche kann mit 24 Prozent relativ gesehen die meisten Vorst\u00e4ndinnen vorweisen, gefolgt von der Telekommunikation und Immobilien mit je 21 Prozent &#8211; die Medien hingegen haben nur acht Prozent.<\/p>\n<p>Nicht viel mehr haben Energieversorger mit neun Prozent und IT-Konzerne mit elf Prozent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die meisten Vorst\u00e4ndinnen verantworten operatives Gesch\u00e4ft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dass weibliche Vorst\u00e4nde nur das Personalressort bekommen, ist inzwischen ein \u00fcberholtes Vorurteil:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>32 Prozent haben als COO eine operative Funktion<\/li>\n<li>25 Prozent verantworten das Personalwesen<\/li>\n<li>20 Prozent sind CFO\u00b4s und verantworten das Finanzressort<\/li>\n<li>13 Prozent haben Zentralfunktionen<\/li>\n<li>acht Prozent sind CEO\u00b4sDie Summe ergibt mehr als 100, weil manche Frauen mehrere Ressorts verantworten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hier die ganze Tabelle&#8230;..<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frauenanteil in Konsumg\u00fcter-, Telekommunikations- und Immobilienbranche am h\u00f6chsten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcberdurchschnittlich stark sind weibliche Vorst\u00e4nde in der Konsumg\u00fcterindustrie vertreten: Hier ist fast jedes vierte Vorstandsmitglied (24 Prozent) eine Frau. Ebenfalls hoch ist der Anteil von Managerinnen in dem Gremium bei Unternehmen, die in den Bereichen Telekommunikation (21 Prozent) und Immobilen (21 Prozent) Gesch\u00e4fte machen. Medienunternehmen (8 Prozent), Energieversorger (9 Prozent) und IT-Konzerne (11 Prozent) haben dagegen die niedrigsten Anteile weiblicher Vorstandsmitglieder. Fast jede dritte Vorst\u00e4ndin (32 Prozent) nimmt operative Funktionen war, jede vierte Managerin (25 Prozent) verantwortet das Personalressort.
