Jetzt, 19 Jahre sp\u00e4ter hat das Beratungsunternehmen EY (fr\u00fcher: Ernst &amp; Young) mal wieder Bilanz gezogen, wie weit die 160 Dax-Unternehmen (Dax, MDax, SDax) inzwischen gekommen sind.<\/p>\n<p>Das traurige Ergebnis: Von 701 Vorst\u00e4nden sind 640 M\u00e4nner und gerade mal 61 Frauen. Das Verh\u00e4ltnis: 91,3 Prozent Vorst\u00e4nde gegen\u00fcber 8,7 Prozent Vorst\u00e4ndinnen in allen Dax-Unternehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Keine einzige Frau hat den CEO-Posten eines Dax30-Konzerns, die gibt es nur bei <span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">DIC Asset, Hamburger Hafen und Logistik sowie GrenkeLeasing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frauenfreie Zonen in sieben Dax30-Vorst\u00e4nden\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sieben der Dax30-Unternehmen haben immer noch keine einzige Frau in ihrem Vorstand. Nur f\u00fcnf haben zwei Frauen im Vorstand. Weil es &#8211; anders als f\u00fcr die Aufsichtsr\u00e4te &#8211; keine gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Quote gibt, meint Markus Heinen, Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichsleiter Personaldienstleistungen von EY. Sprich: Ohne Zwang l\u00e4uft nichts, ohne Druck vom Gesetzgeber wird die Macht freiwillig nicht geteilt.
