Fidar hat den &#8222;Woman-on-Board-Index&#8220; (Wob) ersonnen und misst nun, welche Unternehmen wieviele Frauen in ihre F\u00fchrungsspitzen rein lassen. konkret: Bei den b\u00f6rsennotierten Unternehmen ist der Frauenanteil im vbrgangenen Jahr nur um 1,5 Prozentpunkte gestiegen &#8211; also fast gar nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Das steht im krassen Gegensatz zur \u00f6ffentlichen Wahrnehmung. Gef\u00fchlt haben die Frauen n\u00e4mlich die M\u00e4nner schon an die Wand gedr\u00fcckt, aus dem Ring gehauen im Arbeitsleben und den Chefetagen &#8211; und arme, \u00fcbergangene M\u00e4nner pflastern ihren Weg.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die emotionale Diskussion \u00fcberlagert die peinlichen Fakten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ganz falsch. Nur hat die hochemotionale\u00a0Diskussion, die losgetreten wurde hierzulande &#8211; wir erinnern uns: durch Frankreich, die zu unserer \u00dcberraschung \u00fcber Nacht die Frauenquote beschloss vor gut einem Jahr\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wiwo.de\/management\/2011\/01\/14\/die-franzosen-fuhren-die-verbindliche-frauenquote-auf-der-fuhrungsebene-ein\/#more-639898\">https:\/\/blog.wiwo.de\/management\/2011\/01\/14\/die-franzosen-fuhren-die-verbindliche-frauenquote-auf-der-fuhrungsebene-ein\/#more-639898<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; die Fakten total \u00fcberlagert. Keineswegs verdr\u00e4ngen Heerscharen von Frauen irgendwelche Dax-Vorst\u00e4nde von ihren Posten.<\/p>\n<p>Nur Dieter Zetsche vom Daimler f\u00fcrchtet allen Ernstes, er m\u00fcsse jetzt massenweise M\u00e4nner beim Karriere-Monopoly zur\u00fcck auf &#8222;Los&#8220; schicken oder gar Mensch-\u00e4rger-Dich-nicht-m\u00e4ssig rauswerfen &#8211; um Frauen vorzulassen. Und er traut sich allen Ernstes seine m\u00e4nnliche Urangst \u00f6ffentlich auszusprechen &#8211; obwohl auch seine Firma vor zehn Jahren sich bereits verpflichtet hatte, Frauen aufholen zu lassen. Hat er das vergessen? Oder sind Daimlers freiwillige Zusagen ohnehin nichts wert? Das gibt zu denken. Und zu denken gibt es auch PR-technisch, beim heutigen Stand der Diskussion um die Frauenquote so faktenfrei und drohend daherzureden. Als Elektrotechnik-Ingenieur, der sonst eher als rational und zahlenorientiert gilt allemal. Zudem: Hat er nicht auch T\u00f6chter? Liegt ihm denn gar nichts an denen? Mal ganz zu schweigen davon, dass er die real existierende\u00a0M\u00e4nnerquote von 95 Prozent anscheinen nicht fragw\u00fcrdig findet.<\/p>\n<p>Hin wie her, zur\u00fcck zum Wob-Index: von insgesamt 160 Dax-, MDax-, SDax und TecDax-Unternehmen haben 2011 immerhin 23 &#8211; also fast jedes siebte &#8211; erstmals in ihrer Geschichte eine Frau in die Kontrollgremien oder\u00a0auch in die Chefetage berufen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bei ehrlicher Z\u00e4hlweise hat jedes zweite Dax-unternehmen keine einzige Frau in der F\u00fchrung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das Fazit: Mehr als jedes dritte dieser Dax-Unternehmen hat nach wie vor eine komplett frauen-freie F\u00fchrungsetage &#8211; n\u00e4mlich\u00a0immer noch 56 Companies (Vorjahresvergleich: 74)<span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\">. Zehn Jahre nach der Selbstverpflichtung &#8211; wenn das keine Aussage zur heutigen G\u00fcltigkeit des Ehrenworts im deutschen Gesch\u00e4ftsleben ist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\">Das ist die wohlwollende, unternehmerfreundliche Z\u00e4hlweise. Denn: Miteingerechnet sind die Frauen in den Aufsichtsr\u00e4ten, die auf der Arbeitnehmerbank sitzen und also keineswegs vom Management installiert wurden. Die ehrliche Z\u00e4hlweise ist weit blamabler f\u00fcr die deutschen Unternehmen, n\u00e4mlich die mit ausschlie\u00dflichem Blick ins Arbeitgeberlager im Aufsichtsrat und auf den Vorstand: Danach sind 84 Prozent dieser Dax-Firmen ohne eine Frau in der F\u00fchrung, also mehr als die H\u00e4lfte. das sind die Firmen \u00fcber die Harald Schmidt in seiner Late-Night-Show k\u00fcrzlich witzelte: &#8222;Was wollen die denn, in den Firmen sind doch auch Frauen in den Chefetagen &#8211; sp\u00e4tabends, die mit dem Kopftuch.&#8220;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\">Alle Dax30-Vorstands-Ladies haben Platz in einem einzelnen Familien-Van<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\">Noch Fragen? Vor allem: Noch Fragen zur Zahl gef\u00fchlter weiblicher Manager und der tats\u00e4chlichen Zahl? In den Dax30-Vorst\u00e4nden stehen 188 M\u00e4nnern gerade mal 8 Frauen gegen\u00fcber &#8211; das sind 4,26 Prozent. Mit anderen Worten: Alle weiblichen Dax30-Vorst\u00e4nde passen zusammen in einen\u00a0Familien-Van wie einen Toyota Sienna.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.familien-auto.de\/fotos.html\">http:\/\/www.familien-auto.de\/fotos.html<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.wiwo.de\/management\/files\/2011\/07\/schulz-strelow_monika_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"schulz-strelow_monika_1\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.wiwo.de\/management\/files\/2011\/07\/schulz-strelow_monika_1-199x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"199\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Welche Unternehmen sich erfolgreich bem\u00fchen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fidar-Chefin Schulz-Strelow lobt aber einzelne Companies:<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;<span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\">Einige Unternehmen haben deutliche Spr\u00fcnge nach vorn gemacht, namentlich in den <\/span>Top20 <strong>SKW<\/strong>, <strong>Kabel Deutschland<\/strong> und<strong> Henkel<\/strong> (alle +8,33), <strong>Amadeus Fire<\/strong> (+9,85), <strong>Deutsche\u00a0Telekom<\/strong> (+7,14),<strong> Bertrand<\/strong> (+8,33), <strong>Celesio<\/strong> (+12,5), <strong>Comdirect<\/strong> (+8,33) sowie\u00a0<strong>Tipp 24<\/strong> und <strong>VTG<\/strong> (jew. +16,67). Es gibt also durchaus \u00b4Aufsteiger\u00b4, die in der Lage\u00a0sind, geeignete, qualifizierte Kandidatinnen zu gewinnen.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"font-family:
