Doch so ist es bei den deutssprachigen L\u00e4ndern in Europa derzeit, also in Deutschland, \u00d6sterreich und der Schweiz, sagt Georg Vielmetter, Partner der Unternehmensberatung Hay Group.\u00a0 <span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'\"><a title=\"http:\/\/www.haygroup.com\/ww\/europeanclimatemap\" href=\"http:\/\/www.haygroup.com\/ww\/europeanclimatemap\">www.haygroup.com\/ww\/europeanclimatemap<\/a> <\/span>Fast ebensoviele Besch\u00e4ftigte (32 Prozent) erleben das Unternehmensklima in den deutschsprachigen L\u00e4ndern als leistungsf\u00f6rdernd, 17 Prozent als motivierend und 16 Prozent empfinden es als neutral.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Hay arbeitet in49 L\u00e4ndern und hat 2 600 Mitarbeiter. Die Unternehmensberatung befragte f\u00fcr diese Studie\u00a0 71.996 Mitarbeiter in ganz Europa.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Zufriedenere Russen und Ukrainer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Zum internationalen Vergleich: Von den Russen und Ukrainern erleben \u00fcber die H\u00e4lfte das Arbeitsklima ihres Unternehmens entweder leistungsf\u00f6rdernd (38 Prozent) oder motivierend (17 Prozent). Wiederum 38 Prozent empfinden das Klima dagegen als demotivierend.<br \/>\nFrankreich und Italien haben mehr Probleme mit der Motivation ihrer Leute: Jeder zweite Franzose f\u00fchlt sich demotiviert, nur 36 Prozent empfinden es je zur H\u00e4lfte als motivieredn beziehungsweise leistundgf\u00f6rdernd.<br \/>\nBei den Italienern sind es sogar 68 Prozent, die das Arbeitsklima entweder demotivierend (54 Prozent) oder neutral (14 Prozent) finden.<br \/>\nHay-Berater Vielmetter sieht &#8222;beim Unternehmensklima ein Nord-S\u00fcd-Gef\u00e4lle\u201c.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Ein partizipativer F\u00fchrungsstil freut die Firmenkasse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Was den Unterschied macht?\u00a0 Im wesentlichen der F\u00fchrungsstil. &#8222;W\u00e4hrend die Manager im S\u00fcden von Europa eher einen direktiven, autorit\u00e4ren F\u00fchrungsstil praktizierten, bevorzugten die Nordlichter einen partizipativen Stil&#8220;, laut Hay-Studie. Und auch das Alter der F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte f\u00e4llt ins Gewicht: \u201eBesonders \u00e4lteren Managern f\u00e4llt es schwer, ihre Mitarbeiter einzubinden und dadurch zu motivieren. Denn sie sind noch den direktiven F\u00fchrungsstil gewohnt\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Vielmetter.<br \/>\nDumm f\u00fcr die Unternehmen, dass das Unternehmensklima doch einen erhblichen Einfluss auf den Unternehmens-Gewinn hat: Das k\u00f6nne je nach Klima kann um 30 Prozentpunkte nach oben oder unten schwanken.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Und wie f\u00fchren Sie?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Diese<strong> sechs F\u00fchrungsstile der Vorgesetzten<\/strong> eruirte die Hay-Group-Untersuchung:<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; <strong>Direktiv<\/strong>: Die F\u00fchrungkraft erwartet, dass der Mitarbeiter seine Anweisungen uneingeschr\u00e4nkt befolgt &#8211; ohne zipp oder zapp.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; <strong>Vision\u00e4r<\/strong>: Der Chef entwickelt den Mitarbeiter langfristig und zeigt ihm dessen Perspektiven im Unternehmen auf, das erh\u00f6ht Loyalit\u00e4t und Bindung.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; <strong>Zusammenhalt-f\u00f6rdernd<\/strong>: Der Vorgesetzte legt viel Wert auf ein harmonisches Miteinander und geht mit seinen Leuten auf Augenh\u00f6he um.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; <strong>Partizipativ<\/strong>: Der Vorgesetzte legt Wert auf das gemeinsame Entwickeln von Ideen.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; <strong>Perfektionistisch<\/strong>: Der Vorgesetzte erwartet Aufgabenerf\u00fcllung auf h\u00f6chstem Niveau &#8211; er setzt sich und alle anderen unter Dauer-Hochdruck, in bester Absicht aber oft mit verheerenden Folgen wie die Anti-Reaktion &#8222;Man kann\u00b4s ihm ohnehin nie recht machen&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8211; <strong>Coachend<\/strong>: Der Vorgesetzte legt Wert auf die berufliche Entwicklung der Angestellten. Er sieht sich in der Rolle eines Trainers seiner Leute, \u00fcbt sich gewissermassen in Bescheidenheit und baut seine Leute auf und f\u00fchlt sich quasi verantwortlich f\u00fcr deren
